We cannot recommend Michelle Cooley enough. Michelle worked tirelessly for almost two years to help us find our new house. What started as casually looking for a new house turned into a full-fledged mission, made infinitely harder because of the pandemic and crazy market. She always made herself available to us and was quick to respond to questions or set up a showing. Michelle showed up to every showing with detailed information on the listing and typically already had a relationship with the listing agent. She did her due diligence by checking with the town’s building department and conservation commission on every property we were interested in to make sure there were no open permits or wetlands issues. My wife and I met Michelle Cooley through Zillow when we requested a viewing of a property in Hull. We were looking for a while and our first impression of Michelle was that she was confident, genuine and very honest. We are residents of Brookline and over the last 2 decades this is our third purchase and one sale. We were used to very pushy agents who would perpetually rush us to make decisions. The house had an amazing location but was not in a move in condition and needed a gut rehab. We bid low and lost the bid but in the process, not once Michelle pushed us to up our bid.
