I am full-time REALTOR® with a strong background in real estate law, I bring unparalleled expertise to the table. With over $61,000,000 in sales, I successfully navigate the complexities of numerous real estate transactions, guiding clients through every phase of the process. My success is rooted in my comprehensive knowledge of real estate law, suburban market dynamics, and effective property marketing. I have earned the Coldwell Banker Diamond Award, placing me among the top 10% of agents internationally. Before becoming a leading REALTOR®, I honed my skills as a real estate lawyer in Boston, overseeing more than 1,000 real estate closings and negotiating countless Purchase and Sale agreements. Transitioning into real estate, my commitment to a personalized approach became my driving force, helping clients achieve their goals with a focus on service excellence. My mission is to manage every transactional detail, from property selection to the closing table, ensuring a positive experience for each client. I’m a North Shore native and Hingham resident since 1996, where my husband (a lifelong Hingham resident) and I have raised our two sons. Beyond real estate, I am actively involved in public and private schools in the area, contributing to the vibrancy of our community. When not assisting clients, you'll find me enjoying seasonal activities, from relaxing on the South Shore beaches in the summer to skiing in Vermont during the winter.
